Fangatau

Fangatau is located in the east 135 km of the Takume-Raroia pair of atolls. This atoll consists of bean-shaped reef that encloses a narrow and deep lagoon. The lagoon and the open sea is slightly connected by a shallow pass located in the southwest side.
